аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע Mindfulness is a voluntary relaxation class offered to our students in a supportive and friendly environment, where they can practise this well-being technique with a qualified facilitator.

Many students enjoy the ‘time-out’ sessions that set them up,Ìý at the start of each busy and productive week, for the ordinary and extraordinary challenges they face every day.

Mindfulness helps our students manage stress, sleep better and feel more calm and confident in all aspects of their lives. Miss Cox looks forward to welcomingÌý new attendees – and no previous experience is necessary!
